Rates run on 24 hours, not calendar days
A rental day starts the moment you take the vehicle and runs for a full 24 hours. Collect at 16:00 and your first day ends at 16:00 the next day — so an afternoon pick-up costs you nothing in lost time, which matters when you are arriving on an international flight.

Collection and delivery
We are based in Swakopmund, on the Namibian coast. Collect the vehicle from us there, or tell us where you are and we will deliver it — a hotel, a lodge, a private address or an airport, anywhere in Namibia.
Delivery is charged as a transfer fee based on the distance we travel. We confirm that amount in your quote up front, so there is nothing to discover at handover.

We check the vehicle is free for your dates and come back with a quote — including the transfer fee if you need it delivered.
Collect or we deliver
Pick the vehicle up from us in Swakopmund, or we bring it to your hotel, lodge, airport or address on the day.
Booking from outside Namibia?
That is most of who we deal with. Everything happens in English over WhatsApp or email — there is no account to create and no booking platform to fight with. We are on Central Africa Time (UTC+2), so allow for the time difference when you are waiting on a reply.
